  • Step 02

    Submission of rental application (contract)

    • Contract drafting and signing
    • Payment of deposit
  • Step 03

    Event preparation consultation
    (15 days prior)

    • Submission of event operation plan
      (layout, schedule, equipment, etc.)
    • Coordination with designated service providers
  • Step 04

    Final check of event preparations and submission of report documents (7 days prior)

    • Finalization of event setup plan with the hall manager
    • Submission of various report documents
      (advertisement installation application, technical support application, etc.)
  • Step 05

    Payment of balance for rental fee
    (one week prior)

  • Step 06

    Event execution

  • Step 07

    Final settlement

    • Settlement of additional usage and issuance of tax invoice

Exhibition Hall Rental Process

  • Step 01

    Rental inquiries and consultations

    • Discussion of rental availability, schedule, and area
    • Submission of exhibition outline and usage plan

  • Step 02

    Submission of rental application (contract)

    • Site inspection and finalization of event usage plan - Signing of rental contract and payment of deposit
    • Payment of maintenance deposit
  • Step 03

    Submission of exhibition preparation operations and report documents
    (7 days prior)

    • Pre-event meeting with hall manager
      (opening ceremony, parking, flow lines, banners, etc.)
    • Submission of various report documents
  • Step 04

    Payment of balance for rental fee
    (one week prior)

    • Submission of flameproof treatment confirmation for wood construction
      (3 days prior to setup)
  • Step 05

    Event execution

    • Exhibition and event execution
    • On-site support and hall management tasks
  • Step 06

    Final settlement

    • Final settlement of exhibition hall rental fee and issuance of tax invoice


Report Documents

  • Mandatory: Work Report, Work Order, Technical Support Application, Exhibition Stand Installation (Change) Application, Advertisement Installation Application, Flameproof Work Confirmation, Goods and Hazardous Material Entry/Exit Report
  • Optional: Heavy Equipment Entry Report, Hazardous Material Entry/Exit Permit Application, Staff and Security Personnel List Application
  • Independent booths must submit separate report documents (wood construction is not allowed on-site, only assembly is permitted).
  • If not a designated partner of ICC JEJU, a performance (payment) guarantee insurance certificate must be submitted.
